BUT we will honour our terms and conditions, faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for a full instructions of replacement / refund of The Bid / Buying Amount at our discretion.
(Postage and Packing is not included in any refund given).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods.
You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance.
To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.
Items will be subject to a 10% (or £1.00 minimum) restocking fee, this will be to cover the costs incurred.
Returns.
We will endeavor to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion.
All returns must be in their original packaging.

Oversea customers: We Only Accept Payments by PAYPAL from overseas customers in Pounds Sterling - (GBP).
We do NOT accept foreign currency money orders or international certified/uncertified cheques.
For anyone who needs clarification, this means that if you are a resident outside the UK, you need to check the exchange rates from Pounds Sterling (GBP) to your currency at www.xe.com and pay via Paypal in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
